My save won't load

In the event that you load up a game and your latest auto or manual save isn't loading, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to try and get back up and running.

• If your latest save is an autosave, and it isn't loading, try loading your latest manual save. If you have premium, try loading a slightly order autosave or manual save.

• Conversely, if your latest save is a manual save, and it isn't loading, try loading an autosave. If you have premium, try loading a slightly older manual save or autosave.

• Try completely quitting out of Afterplay and reloading. This may include completely killing and restarting the associated web browser before loading back into Afterplay.

• Try following the instructions to clear saved website date from our Clearing saved website data document.

• Try restarting your device completely and then loading back into Afterplay.
