Press the overlay button at the bottom right to open the game overlay.

Select Saves & Settings at the top of the game overlay.

Navigate to the "Controls" tab and select "Customize Touch Controls."

The customization buttons will now appear over top of your game screen. Select options as needed to adjust button styles and colours, and if you'd like to edit buttons individually, or drag them around to move them, you can select "Edit Individual Controls." Don't forget to press "Save" when you are finished, and if you run into problems, you can press "Defaults" to go back to the default settings for that console.
