Clearing saved website data

If you clear data Afterplay has saved on your device, follow the steps below. Rest assured that this action will not erase any data stored with Afterplay; it merely removes any problematic cached data. Bear in mind that if you are currently offline you will lose the ability to play offline until you access Afterplay and your games again with an internet connection.

Clearing Website Data for Afterplay on Safari (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.

  3. Scroll down again and tap Advanced.

  4. Tap Website Data.

  5. Use the search bar at the top to type in "Afterplay" and find the website data.

  6. Swipe left on the Afterplay data and tap Delete, or tap Edit then the red minus sign and Delete to remove the data.

  7. Confirm the deletion to clear the cache for Afterplay.

Clearing Website Data for Afterplay on Chrome (Android)

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Open Settings in the upper right "three dots" menu.

  3. Scroll down to Site settings.

  4. Scroll down to Data stored.

  5. Find and select afterplay.io

  6. Press the Delete data & reset permissions button.

  7. On the pop-up select Delete & reset.

This process does not affect your data saved on Afterplay's server but helps to resolve issues by removing information cached on your device so that fresh data is obtained.
